Levanta is free for families and never takes a commission on help. Supporting the platform is a different thing: covering what it costs to exist.

Two pockets that never mix

Donations to families go STRAIGHT to their accounts: Levanta doesn't receive, convert or distribute them. What is donated to support the platform covers its operation exclusively and never passes through the cases.

What it costs to run Levanta

Infrastructure: servers, database, evidence storage and email.
Moderation and verification: every public case goes through human review.
Development: the tool is designed to be replicated in any emergency.
